Coming to Jurong in 2017 or 2018 is a new executive condominium development that will greatly influence the area; Westwoods Executive Condominium with its several hundred units is the latest executive condo planned for the area after several land plots have been sold to investors by the Singaporean government. This new development is expected to end up as a landmark in Jurong and become one of the most sought after properties in the area.

The site’s exact location lies on Westwood avenue right on the opposite side of The Floravale in Singapore’s 22nd district. The land area for this project is in excess of 185,000 square feet that will become the grounds for approximately 485 residential units. The exact project layout and unit arrangements are yet to be determined, but it is believed that Koh Brother Group and Heeton Homes will focus on units that are smaller than average to offset some of the new HBD constrains on executive condo units. The most prominent features near the project are Nanyang Technological University, Pioneer MRT station and the Pan Island Expressway.
